We’ve also learned so much from industry veterans like Paul McGough, who operates SWAT Food Truck. Paul has been a mentor and a guiding force for us as we’ve grown in this business. Our good friend Jose Delgado and his Los Rolling Tacos food Truck will be on the scene this summer as well. This summer, we’re excited to welcome a new friend to the scene, the Shake & Bake Food Truck, operated by Shaun Sutter who will be joining us at events to bring even more delicious options to food lovers across the region.
